FROM Marquette Mountain >> ❄️ WINTER STORM UPDATE: CONTINUED CLOSURE FOR TUESDAY, MARCH 17 ❄️
After monitoring the weather all day, and reaching out to authorities, we have made the decision to remain closed tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17th, due to ongoing blizzard conditions and impassable local roads. Safety remains our absolute priority for everyone in the Marquette Mountain community.
🚜 Our Game Plan for Reopening:
While we are closed to the public tomorrow, we are already gearing up to get you back on the snow!
Mountain Prep: As the storm drops off tomorrow, our dedicated staff will be heading to the mountain to groom and prep the slopes, base and parking lots for operations on Wednesday.
🎟️ Have Tickets, Rentals, or Lessons Booked for Tuesday?
If you have purchases or reservations for March 17th, please email our team at 📧 guestservices@marquettemountain.com so we can assist you with rescheduling or answering any questions.
Thank you so much for your continued patience and understanding as we navigate this massive storm. Stay safe, stay cozy, and get ready for some incredible conditions once we dig out! 🎿🏔️ #marquettemountain #SkiMichigan❄️ WINTER STORM UPDATE: CONTINUED CLOSURE FOR TUESDAY, MARCH 17 ❄️

FROM Mt. McSauba >> Welcome to the winter snow storm of the year! We've had a few people asking, and the ski hill will continue to be closed tonight for the safety of all skiers and our employees. Snow drifts at people's homes and on the roads are extremely dangerous.
All of the Charlevoix County and City staff are working extremely hard to clear the roads as best as they can, and we are grateful for their hard work. At this time, it is not safe to travel on the roads, so we hope everyone stays inside and safe! The ski hill will be open again on Thursday for the start of our Winterfest Activites! #mtmcsauba #SkiMichiganWelcome to the winter snow storm of the year!
